Louis grew up with a love of real estate—imagining how to transform spaces and help people build lives within them. Working in this market was particularly exciting, as it allowed him to earn a living doing what we loves while serving his local community. This desire drove Louis to the real estate industry in 1992, and to continue to grow his business over the next two decades and beyond.

Louis believes that Miami is one of the most wonderful cities in the nation, with unparalleled diversity, rich culture and spectacular weather. He strives to be local expert in the community, allowing him to enhance his clients’ knowledge of buying and investing in real estate. Louis now practices primarily in commercial real estate sales, and has personally sold upwards of $500,000,000 with over 2000 properties over the course of his career.

In addition to networking with other real estate professionals and local leaders, Louis enjoys spending his free time reading, exercising and boating. He also dedicates time to KW Cares, a Keller Williams Charity that is close to his heart.
